Wake up and enjoy the beach vibes and panoramic views of ocean as Olón offers new brunch specials every Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.

What’s brunch without some cocktails? Build your own Bloody Mary! For $7, choose from our selection of house infused vodkas and tequilas with seasoned rim options like Chile Lime and Old Bay.  Garnish it off with some house made pickles, bacon or crab!

Pair your Bloody Mary with some seafood specialties from Olón’s bottomless raw bar.  Indulge in an unlimited selection of clams, oysters, shellfish, and ceviches for only $35 per person.

Olón’s a’ la cart menu features your traditional brunch favorites with a twist. Olón’s Egg Sandwich is served with bacon, queso fresco, and some spicy Huancaína sauce for $9.  Try the Smoked Salmon served with everything bagel chips, smoked salmon, and smoked whitefish for $18.  Treat your taste buds to the Tre Leches French Toast made with sweet brioche for $14 or the Crab Benedict made with jumbo lump crab meat for $18. Rivalcade Announces Partnership with ACFX to Launch Rivalcade Live eSports Tournaments and Events in Atlantic City


Rivalcade, Inc. and Venturis Partners, LLC announce a ground-breaking partnership for the creation of Rivalcade Live eSports tournaments and events as part of the Atlantic City Fan Expo (ACFX), an experiential, inclusive fan expo located at the Showboat Hotel on the Boardwalk in Atlantic City this summer.
Starting Memorial Day weekend, and running 15 weeks through Labor Day weekend, the Showboat Hotel will host the ACFX in its renovated 150,000-square-foot former casino space.The ACFX will combine eSports, video game arcades, laser tag, Cosplay, Anime, Ted-X style panels and seminars and more, which will all be available together under one roof for the expected 2.7 million seasonal Atlantic City summer visitors. Adjacent to the Showboat will be a large beer garden on an enclosed beach offering live music, movies, and other entertainment.
Rivalcade founder and CEO Scott O’Leary stated, “Rivalcade is really excited to work with ACFX to produce Rivalcade Live eSports competitions and events at the Showboat this summer. As the exclusive eSports Partner for ACFX, Rivalcade will supervise the production of live eSports competitions and special events under the Rivalcade Live moniker. Rivalcade will also assist in activation of the eSports Gaming Lounge, a dedicated LAN center where players can play and compete every day on both PCs and consoles. In addition to tournaments and events, Rivalcade is also developing exclusive streaming entertainment content that will capture all the eSports fun and action at the Showboat all summer long. As part of its agreement with ACFX, Rivalcade is the exclusive agent for all partnerships and sponsorship negotiations connected with competitive eSports on premises. Stockton Graduate and Meet AC Employee Awarded Scholarship to Attend MPI’s WEC in Las Vegas, Nevada


ATLANTIC CITY, NJ (Wednesday, May 17, 2017) Meet AC is thrilled to announce Joseph Huntenburg, Stockton University Hospitality and Tourism Management Studies graduate and part-time Marketing Services Coordinator with Meet AC has been awarded a scholarship from the MPI Foundation to attend Meeting Professionals International (MPI) World Education Congress (WEC) in Las Vegas, NV June 19-22, 2017.

MPI is the largest meeting and event industry association worldwide and acts as a prominent voice for the promotion and growth of the industry. More than 2,000 global meeting and event professionals attend MPI's annual WEC event for relevant education, networking opportunities and business exchanges. This year’s conference theme is, Stop planning meetings and start designing experiences.

The MPI Foundation WEC Scholarship sponsored by Wyndham Worldwide includes a full conference scholarship that is applied toward registration, airfare, hotel accommodations and a per diem. Wyndham Worldwide awards WEC scholarships to five students and five faculty annually.  

“The Hospitality and Tourism Management Studies faculty are proud of Joseph Huntenburg for being awarded this scholarship and all of his accomplishments while attending Stockton University. Joseph is a leader among his peers and proudly represents the program and University as a graduate, employee and scholarship recipient,” stated Donna Albano, Associate Professor of Hospitality and Tourism Management at Stockton University.

Joseph Huntenburg has recently graduated from Stockton University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management, while earning the highest honors of Summa Cum Laude. While a student at Stockton University, Huntenburg was able to excel not only in his academics, but in his professional experiences as well. During the summer of 2016, he interned at The Water Club at Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa as a Supervisor of the Food and Beverage Department. Following Huntenburg’s summer internship, he began an additional internship with Meet AC. Through positive performance, Huntenburg was asked to continue with the company as a part-time employee. In addition, before being employed with Meet AC, Huntenburg received the honor of being sponsored to attend MPI’s 2016 WEC in Atlantic City as Stockton University’s student representative where he was introduced to the world of meeting professionals. Huntenburg states, “I couldn’t be more honored to be chosen to receive the MPI Foundation WEC Scholarship that will allow me to attend MPI’s 2017 WEC in Las Vegas this June. The opportunities and experiences during WEC are endless.”
